Delivery Issues Makro

Bought a Washing Machine on the 11 December along with hoses I received the washing machine on the 16th December but still have not received the hoses. Order Number MAK*** I've been calling since December to follow up with delivery on the 20th December I received an email stating that the hoses was delivered I called Makro again because I did not get delivery but yet been told via email the hoses was delivered they informed me that the hoses was returned to the supplier because the package was damaged I was then informed that I will get delivery before Friday 22 December but to date still nothing. When I call they say the matter will be escalated but nothing. I called twice this week Monday 22 January and again today 26 January the guy I spoke to refuse to give me his name but told me that there is nothing on the system and that it was not escalated on the system. All they keep telling me is that someone will call me back and the matter will be resolved no one called me but it makes sense because according to the guy I spoke to the matter was not escalated.

I am highly irritated because I paid for a service but not receiving any service at all clearly they are just lying to me every time I call
