Delivery issue

On the 03/03/2023, I purchased two items, which were nutritech creatine and hunters dry (6 pack). On Sunday I received the other one, nutritech creatine. My order was split and I saw that on the website when I was checking when I would receive the second item. Last week I made several calls enquiring about my second item which I has not received till now.

I am very disappointed in makro because they promised me that I would receive my second item on the 8th of March but I didn't. I have waited for more than 10 days now. I so wish, I could asked for my refund, unfortunately I will have to wait for another 10 days. I am not even far from Springfield makro at which my order was made, I am just 10-15 minutes drive away. This is very ********* for a huge business establishment like makro. Your business is also deceiving people by saying it takes 2-5 days for a delivery to arrive. Please refrain from making empty promises and stop asking for my order number, here it is : MAK***
