Delivery Horror

I ordered products online. Firstly, I got an sms on the 28th of November, notifying me that it has been collected and will be delivered the same day. Then a second sms was sent to say it has been delivered. I called Makro's number as per the sms ***and this rang for ever. I eventully hung up and sent an email which I have not received any response as yet... I called the Branch this morning, spoke to a guy who told me that my order is still at the branch and not yet collected. I then arranged that I will come and pick it up later today. Not 5 minutes later, he called me back to tell me that the order has already been collected on the 28th of November... Wow, how on earth did that just happen? Now, the courier company is also taking forever to answer the phone... which means that I still don't know which address they have delivered my products to and who is the lucky winner of my order. Will NEVER buy online again! Still trying to locate my products.
