Delivery from Makro

I have been experiencing the most disgusting service from Makro. I ordered a carpet on line. Firstly they send a driver with the wrong parcel and from there no feedback or delivery. It has been 2 weeks of waiting for such a simple order.I have been phoning 5 times a day with no luck. Dont hold your breath if you ordered something from Makro. It is dismal customer care
