Delivery for black Friday order still waiting
<p>I ordered and paid for a couch on Black Friday on the Makro website. Makro indicated 2 - 5 day delivery time... goodness, it has been 20 days already. To make it worse the branch where it should come from and the online department does not know each other or cannot work together. No one knows what to do. Absolutely disgusting!</p>
As a result of high volume orders received during our Black Friday weekend the process is taking a bit longer than usual.
