Delivery Failure, No explanation whatsoever!

At this point I am so frustrated, I placed an order on the 6th and paid. On the 8th they say my order is out for delivery at 1:50pm, at 1:51 the status says Order Failed:Return to origin. Okay I'm thinking they will reschedule. On the 9th at 11am it says order out for delivery again at 11:01 it says Delivery failed! At this point I'm confused how it takes a minute for a delivery to fail. On the 10th I call, I speak to a lady and she says she can see that the delivery company is not available *LOL* and she will reschedule, I should hold. I run out of airtime, call hangs and buy airtime and call again. This time I speak to a man, he tells me that the delivery company came and found me unavailable *LOL* i ask what do you mean, he says that they couldn't get a hold of me, I'm like my guy, work from home so guess what? I'm always home and nobody came to delivery and even so in 1MINUTE? IT takes 1 minute from their warehouse to my house?? He then says oh okay I can see the lady listed the problem here and he gave me a lousy reference number, meaning I'm the one who must keep checking??? After which on the 9th I sent an email that never got a reply!! After that call I get an email saying they are working on what could be the problem, wow! At this point I want my money back and at this point I feel it will be a hassle for me to get my money back. I should have just went with takealot! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST PURCHASE WITH THEM, ONLINE OR IN PERSON. I AM NEVER SUPPORTING A MAKRO AGAIN!
