Delivery failed!!!!!!!!!!!

I am disappointed,Makro said that my order was out on delivery but it never even arrived and they said it was delivery failed and I called and they said they would call me tommorow but never even called so I am never in my life going to take my money and order from makro this is a warning,they will take your money and won't give you your order and I want a refund as soon as possible!!!!!!!!!!!
