Delivery

I made an online purchase @ Makro for 6 items, they only delivered 2 of them and the rest is still not delivered, I called their customer care and I was told that the driver could not deliver because my address was incorrect which I find very strange how did the other driver managed to deliver if my address is incorrect, I logged an online call and until to date no body has come back to say when am I getting my items , this is ridiculous.
