Delivery driver is very rude!

I placed an order Makro order MAK*** and the delivery was scheduled for yesterday and its not my first order which I am placing and I normally liaise with the drivers if I encounter any delays or challenges and I always get the best service until yesterday .. I have never ever spoke to such an ill mannered person like the driver that was scheduled to deliver my order yesterday. Driver was very rude and not understanding. At some point while trying to explain my challenges he didn't seem to be interested and continued to be rude. I just called the contact center to reschedule and guess what ? He updated that he tried to deliver thrice and it failed? Okay ,help me understand how the first attempt is now a 3rd attempt? As pompous as he was ,it makes sense why he would do that. I am very disappointed and if the driver didn't want the job ,he shouldn't bother to wake up. His attitude should be addressed. Number he called from is ***
