Delivery details false on website!

They state on their website 2-5 days for delivery...I have now waited 2 weeks! Every day it is the same promise " I will follow up for you mam and get back to you, but no one gets back to you and no delivery has been made". I am a loyal client, but after this they will never see me again! You don't treat clients like this!
