Delivery dates not adhered to. No communication sent

indly adhere to your delivery days. My order MAK*** was supposed to be delivered by the 9th of December 2024. Today the 11th of December my order hasn't been handed over to the courier. The last movement was 2nd of December when it was packed. I called and agent told me to that I will receive an update within 48hrs. I do not have 48hrs to waste. Can I please have my order ASAP.
