Delivery and re fund

Dear Makro SA, I'm extremely disappointed with the delayed delivery of my package and the poor communication from your team. Despite promised timelines, I've waited for days with no updates. The lack of accountability and disregard for customer concerns is alarming, especially considering numerous negative reviews. It's concerning that issues persist despite client feedback. In these economically challenging times, delayed refunds and undelivered packages amount to unacceptable financial hardship for customers. I urge you to address these issues and improve your service. If not, I will share my experience on social media platforms to alert others.
