Delivery
I placed an order with makro on the 27 November 2024. They showed that order will be delivered by 30 November. Everyone just keep on saying sorry for the delay. It's now 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my order to be delivered. No one is following up nothing. It's for food parcels that I need to give for people that really needs it. They just keep in sending mails saying sorry for the delay.

12 Dec 2024, 09:53I phoned makro regarding my order..they took more then 5 minutes to answer the phone. According to them my order is with the courier but no one can tell me when will my order delivered. They can't even see where my order is at the moment. I was hanging on for over 10 minutes just for the lady to tell me she don't know when will my order be delivered. It's not even a big order. I'm sending emails I sending WhatsApp no one is getting back to me all they say is sorry for the delay. We will attend to your message shortly..but they never come back to. This was the last time that I will.place an order with Makro.
