Delivers faulty goods, which are worthless, and then is impossible to get hold of.
They delivered a faulty washing machine and then refused to meaningfully respond. The result is that I have lost R4000. I feel like I was ******. It seems like a ******** organisation at the moment.

16 May 2022, 13:33Makro pretend they are addressing this, but actually they just call and say someone will call back. They take your money and run. Better to just give it to an honest homeless person instead of these ******.
