Delivered wrong ordered

We have reviewed your order, and the status shows as delivered. to log a return for an incorrect delivery received, kindly refer to the steps below.

Please log in to your online profile and on the top right corner please select the option that says my profile and go-to orders.

Once done go to the "Returns & Repair" option-click the order number you are logging the return request for and follow the prompts from there to log the return request.

Alternatively, please forward us pictures in PDF/JPG format so we may assist further.

NB-Kindly note that all returns logged after 14 days will not be refunded.
