Deliver today or REFUND

Ive placed an order from makro online, i was supposed to get them yesterday but they did not deliver , when i call them they promised that i will recieve my order today, but when i chat with them via whatsapp the lady boniswa diched me, shes no longer responding, since ive placed an order the status has not changed, i may lose business contract because of their poor service. All i want is my money back thats all. i will buy them from takealot
