Deliver my stuff or refund me my money back!!!
I made an online order on the 27th of cleaning items, but after so many calls and emails only 1 item (disposable masks) was delivered, I've been calling but given run around, till this day I haven't been able to get the stuff I bought

18 Nov 2021, 10:32I am not happy with the way makro is handling my case, because even after they promised to deliver yesterday but nothing came and when I call their call centre I was made to stay on the line and hold for the supervisor for good 9 minutes until my airtime runs out, my parcel hasn't been delivered to date and my job is on the line because of it
If you are failing to deliver then refund me my money il go else where to buy, since the 27th of October till today I haven't received my cleaning supplies😭
