Delayed service and no response to emails

I have ordered office chair on Makro website and the order was confirmed on 02 March 2020 and the estimated delivery time given was 2-5 working days. Today is already 6th working day since the order has been confirmed but the order hasn't been delivered yet and they don't reply to emails when requesting the status of order. I have tracked the status on Makro website and it's showing the same status since I have ordered it, no further update.

I am unhappy with unprofessional and delayed service. I don't recommend anyone if my order won't be delivered with in the next 2 days.
