Delayed refund for cancelation, ****med of my money

Bad experience with a purchase and cancelation. Order was canceled on the 17th June 2023. It's still a hustle to get my refund. All my calls to the call center are in vain. Each day is a different story and promises to escalate my matter for refund. I do not advise buying online from Makro, they have no respect for customers. You call them every day, waste your airtime and time holding on the line. Today it is 25 August 2023 still no refund. DO NOT BUY ONLINE FROM THEM. IT'S A ****. now my option is to contact the ombudsman. They allege a refund was processed yet no refund reflection on bank statement. Then they say the Makro in Dbn has not done what what. Hai. Changing stories all the time
