Delayed parcel review

I recently experienced a frustrating delay with a parcel I ordered online. I placed the order well in advance, expecting it to arrive on time. However, the parcel took much longer than expected to arrive, and I received it after the date I needed it.

The delay caused significant inconvenience, as I had made plans and arrangements based on the expected delivery date. I was left scrambling to find alternative solutions, which was stressful and time-consuming.

The tracking information was not very helpful, and I didn't receive any updates or notifications about the delay. I had to contact customer support multiple times to get an update on the status of my parcel.

Overall, I'm disappointed with the service and the lack of communication. I would caution others to check the delivery times and estimates carefully before ordering, especially if they need the item by a specific date. I was suppose to use my parcel today and i dont recommend you to order from Makro because this use this ****ty courier VALUE EXPRESS.
