Delayed order with no communication

Worst experience,ordered my couch on the 20th of November,delivery was supposed to be today however no communication was received,when I check in the website it’s still waiting flit be picked up,I’m so disappointed .tried inquiring their phones are not going through,their WhatsApp and email platform are just useless
