Delayed order

I have ordered from Makro online on the 29th of November and the expected delivery date was 6 December, I have been tracking my order and has always been on "item packed" ever since the 3rd of December, I call them on the expected delivery datr, they have no answer for the delay, she just told me that the courier will collect the order today (6 Dec) and even today my tracking still says "item packed"... So disappointed...
