Delayed order delivery

I am very much disappointed with the kind of service am receiving from Makro online. i purchased 3 items on the 28th, paid them same time and the delivery dates written online. they then delivered two of the items on different dates and the last order was to be delivered on the 5th of December 2024, but till today I haven't received my order. I've tried calling them 3 times, they kept saying they are escalating the issue, but I don't get any feedback whatsoever. When I track my order online, it shows that the items have been packaged on the 29th of November, meaning it's still in the store, not yet with the courier company. I never expected such a poor service from such a reputable store like Makro, its been over 5 days now since their delivery date has gone past but am not getting any feedback from them, when i call there's nothing tangiable that they can tell me as to what the hold up is cos product has been paid, they do have stock, but they arent delivering. Am so angry and disappointed, to say the least. If I could, I would cancel this order, and I'll buy somewhere else.
