Delayed order

I am extremely disappointed with Makro Online. I placed an order on December 11th, and it has still not arrived. Although the original delivery date was December 20th, and I have followed up multiple times, I have now been told it will only arrive on January 2nd, 2026. This delay is completely unacceptable.
