Delayed Delivery from online purchase

Dear Sir/ Madam I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for a makro online order to be delivered. This order was placed before black Friday on 22 Nov. I think that this delay is totally unacceptable as Makro should have forseen an influx of online orders during black Friday. All calls to their contact numbers have either gone unanswered or when answered I was assured that they would call back with a date of delivery or reason for the delay. To help expedite matters Makro should give customers the opportunity to pick up their orders from their nearest makro and refund their delivery fee. Its farcical that delivery from overseas online stores like ebay has become quicker. This is extremely frustrating with no feedback given to the customer. I would urge customers to definitely not use Makro online ever. They state delivery in 3 to 5 days but this is like more like a month for delivery. Extremely frustrated.
