Delayed delivery
Hello Peter please help me. I placed an order with Macro on the 2nd of September for delivery. Paid all their money incl delivery fee. They said the estimated delivery is 2 to 5 working days. Till today over 2 weeks I have not got my order. Called them several times to query and they told me my order is with courier company which they cant even give me details of it asked th to follow up on that company since they the one working with them I never got an answer. To say I am ****ed is understatement. These juices are for school for my kids amd imagine the inconvenience that this has caused to me. Please help me. My order number is ***

I am stucked here al the time waiting for the delivery I am on leave I am supposed to go on a vacation but I can't since I keep on waiting on my order. I want my Order before Thursday or I will escalate this matter to Obudsman
