Delayed delivery

I placed an online-order on 30/03/2023, saying 2-4 working days. Today is 17/04/2023 with no answer as to when I will get my delivery.

Call center opens at 08:00 but the stores only open at 09:00. Whats the point because they can’t confirm anything with the store…

Please contact me for delivery today 17/04/2023 or refund me then I will buy from another company.
