Delayed Delivery
Placed an online order and was promised to be delivered and still haven't received it. Makro says they will get back to me in 72 hours delaying my order with another 3 days. Making it a total of 10 working days to wait. Their policy on delivery is 5-7 working days.

I'm writing to express my extreme disappointment with my recent order experience with Makro. My order was delayed for delivery, and I was left in the dark with no updates or feedback on when I could expect to receive my items. It's been 9 working days, and I've heard nothing.
To add insult to injury, I received a credit refund today without any prior communication or explanation. No agent has reached out to me regarding this refund, leaving me confused and frustrated.
The most baffling part is that the item is still in stock on your website, and I had purchased them at a discounted price. Now, it seems I'll have to pay full price if I want to reorder. This is unacceptable.
I expect better communication and transparency from Makro, especially when issues arise with orders. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service and the unexpected refund without explanation.
I'd appreciate it if you could look into this matter and provide clarity on what happened with my order. I'd also like to know why I was refunded without being informed.
