Delayed Delivery and No Tracking Updates

I placed my order on 10 February. On 11 February, the status reflected “Order placed – seller processing.” The tracking system did not update after that.

I monitored the status daily and noticed no movement. On Wednesday, I contacted support to report that the tracking was not updating and to request clarification. I was informed that the issue would be addressed. However, there was no update on Thursday or Friday.

Delivery was expected on Saturday, yet the order was not delivered and the tracking still reflects no dispatch or delivery confirmation.

I have followed up multiple times regarding this matter. As of now, there has been no clear resolution or updated timeline.
