Delayed delivery

I ordered a couple of things online from Major and they advised it should be delivered within 2days. 2days later I received everything besides 12pack of still water . I called everyday for the past 2 weeks and they keep telling me they are escalating the matter. I call the head office once again a day back and they assure me that I will recieve my goods on the day if not I should call the store and follow up with them.I call the store today and the most disrespectful lady answers and tells me that they are waiting for drivers. So they’ve been waiting for drivers for the past couple of days?? Absurd! Immediately I call the head office to log a complaint and find out more about my order that I have been waiting for the past two weeks. Same feedback , I still don’t have my water
