Delayed Delivery

Makro’s service is horrible. I placed an order 2 weeks ago and they decided to split my order into two deliveries and the first delivery came. I’m now waiting for the second delivery two weeks later. I’ve been emailing them but I’m getting no response. I called them they promised to deliver till today I’m still waiting. Worst service ever
