Delayed delivery

This is the 2nd time complaining about delayed delivery from Makro

On the 3rd August 2024 I placed an order today is the 12th August 2024 and have not received my order

They keep using this courier called Value express that only delivers on Fridays in my location, this is making me angry and frustrated.
