Delayed delivery

My order number is MAK***

I was expecting my delivery on 29 July 2024 but it did not arrive

I called MAKRO customer support the 1st lady said it will be delivered on that day I called 30 July 2024

Then later on I called again the guy said the package will be delivered before 18h00 on that day 30 July 2024 or the following day 31 July 2024

I then called VALUE EXPRESS in Bloemfontein and the guy that was assisting me said they only captured my package on the 29th July 2024 and it will be delivered on Friday 02 August 2024

I'm so disappointed with this kind of delay because I've never experienced it and I had so my trust in MAKRO

I don't understand why would they choose a courier that delays with making deliveries and inconveniencing me

I would like the matter to be attend to and my TV deliver before 02 August 2024.
