Delayed delivery
I ordered online from makro last week Wednesday and I am still waiting for delivery. I called the call centre 2 days ago to check on delivery and I was told delivery would be within the same day. I called again today and got confirmation from Shane le roux that delivery would be today but still nothing. Order number MAK814818

I have been given contact details for the courier company so I can track my own overdue delivery- This is surely not my responsibility to chase for my delivery. What happened to 2-5 days delivery turnaround time?
