DELAYED DELIVERY

Good day,
Above is my Makro card number and my order number. Delivery time says 2-5 working days. I did receive an email on 29/11/2017 as follows; Thank you for placing an online order with us. We have received a large number of orders over the past week and, due to this, there may be a delay in getting your order processed.
We have expanded our fulfilment team and we are working hard to ensure you receive your order as soon as possible. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

It has now been 8 working days and I stil have not received my order. This is quite frustrating.
