DELAY WITH REFUND!

Placed an order with Makro last year November and had to cancel it. Ever since that period, I am still to receive my refund. I keep on calling them and they tell me that they will get back to me and nothing. I'm getting irate now as this should've been an easy issue to resolve especailly considering their size.

Very disappointed :(
