Delay with online order-Makro

I made an online purchase with Makro on 26 November 2021. It is to my knowledge that the order would take up to 7 days maximum BUT in this case i am yet to receive delivery. So i decided to call in customer care AGAIN and they couldn't even help me and give me a proper explanation as to why there is such a delay with my order. After service like this i will definitely not be shopping with Makro anymore.
