Delay on a online purchase
I got a washing machine there, and I returned it back the same day because of the washing machine was I ordered it online. The refund process takes 2-5 working days so from 1st November 2022 until now 14th November 2022 The haven't refunded me my money in my account, I spoke to different agents everyday it's a different story, online purchase is stressful especially when you need the money back they delay and I'm using my own airtime always calling them to find out what's the delay

14 Nov 2022, 13:09Hi but still that doesn't help anyway, because now it's pulling me back, because I need to use the money now the delay is holding me back, I don't know what's holding back because they got the washing machine in safe hands and also still new I didn't use it now to get my money back it's an issue it's very stressful honestly. My mom birthday even passed and I wanted a proper washing machine for her as a present and now this happening common
