Delay in returning a wrong delivered item

I ordered 4 items and the first 2 were delivered on the 30th of April, the wrong 4 plate stove on the 6th of May. Manual was delivered instead of automatic as per my order. I have been phoning for more than 5 times now without help. One lady said I should log in and place return so it can be picked but on my orders, it shows that it's in transit yet it was delivered. I'm so disappointed, I requested that I take it and they said it has to be fetched from my home because it came from the suppliers. I am stuck with the unwanted stove.
