Delay in refunds from Makro
Since the 2nd of July until today I have been waiting for my refund from Makro.

13 Jul 2024, 08:28Makro Centurion is the worst! Poor online service, lack of accountability and communication. You just have to follow them around. Really this is my last time purchasing at Makro. I mean I have other commitments with my money, what must happen when they delay it? More than 10 day. Even that 10 days is alot, 7 days is enough to refund people their money. This time I learned my lesson never again. Wasted my time and airtime busy calling and the issue still takes forever to be resolved, you should be refunding me for the airtime as well.
