delay in delivery and order not cancelled as i asked

i ordered a book online that i urgently needed to complete my assignment , which was on the 11th . why does delivery say 2-5 working days when i emailed them this morning only to find out the book will only reach the supplier by the 19th and i will get it the week there after . i did ask for my order to be cancelled as i cannot wait that long but i see it has not been done . please cancel my order immediately as i now have to go and look for the book elsewhere
