I had a disappointing experience with Makro as they failed to send my order to the courier, resulting in a delay of over 5 days before I received it. It's important to exercise caution when making online purchases, as there's a chance you may not receive your order on time. Furthermore, their lack of responsiveness to emails forced me to request a refund.
