Delay and lack of feedback on vodacom cellphone application at Makro crown mines

I am writing to request urgent feedback regarding my vodacom cellphone application submitted at Makro crown mines on 15 November 2025. I was informed the process take 7 days but it has now exceeded that period with no progress.

When I contacted the store I was told that they are still waiting for vodacom. However when I contacted vodacom directly I was informed that the store must follow up with vodacom and that vodacom cannot assist me directly because the application was made in-store not online.

At this point I'm stuck between Makro and vodacom with no clear update. Thus has caused uncessary delays and frustration and I urgently request thus matter be resolved and I receive a clear update on the status of my application
