DEFY Washing machine still not fixed

I bought a 6kg defy washing machine lats November during the black Friday special. I had saved for months as I have always been in desperate need of a machine, being a full time employee and part time student. It stopped draining water some 3 weeks ago. I made a service request call from Makro Crown Mines and it was only on 3rd attempt that someone actually got to log the call. It took a good 2 weeks before some technician came to fix my machine. Needless to mention that you can't make an appointment with their technicians, you must just count yourself lucky getting a call from them and you must be available on the spot for their visit. This guy phoned me and I asked that we reschedule as I was on my way to the office when he told me he was coming. I took some hours off at work and he left whilst the machine was spinning and confirmed that my machine was well fixed. To my surprise, this morning I put in my clothes to almost the value of R3500.00 the machine is making funny sounds and it's just not working. I sent a text to this Johan guy that the machine is not working and he asked for my address and I gave it to him, then kept quiet I asked him when is he coming he said on Monday I asked him what time he didn't bother to answer me. I have dirty clothes which I need clean in order to go to work, guess what I can't wash my clothes and I don't know if my machine is ever going to be fixed yet I was **** to by Makro that their machine has a guarantee... What guarantees. I feel cheated after receiving such disrespectful service at your store. Help Peter, you are my last resort.
