Defy remoting missing on the delivery.
Makro is *******. I bought a fridge online and after they have delivered I found that the remote of defy fridge is not in there. I have sent the first email on December 2023 and now is February 2024. They have audacity to promise to attend the matter but still today 3 months later still waiting for the Remote. I know after this review the respond I will get from them will be they allocated someone who will help which is a lie. My fellow brothers and sisters never buy anything online from makro.
