Defy Oven and Hob

I bought Defy Oven and Hob @ Makro online on the 30th November 2024, order number (MAK***). It was delivered on the 14 December 2024. On the 15 December 2024 i logged a return because of personal reason. It is almost 2 months now, I'm sitting with this item in my place with no one picking it up. I have sent emails and made phone calls. The only thing Makro is saying is that this item does not belong to them, it belongs to the third party. The third part is responsible for collection of the item and i cannot communicate directly with the third party. The third party is not willing to come and fetch the item. Makro is saying they have escalated the matter to the third party so that they come and fetch the item. I don't know what to do now and i am so ****ed off with Makro online service. It seems like they don't want to take the item back and do the refund. The service is absolutely hogwash. I cant take this nonsense anymore. I am so fed up with this issue because Makro is playing hide and seek with me.
