Defy fridge with loud vibrating sounds

I bought frost-free fridge at Makro Pietermaritzburg for R7999,00 on 14 Aug 2024. fridge makes i loud noises and vibrates at certain times which is unbearable. i reported to Makro on 06 Sept ref no ***. technician came out twice cause 1st time he came it wasn't making noise. 2nd time it was very noisy, and he advised that it was bottom fan and wanted to replace fan. i told him fridge is new so o repairs allowed he must replace it. he said he will advise his manager who has authority to do so. i called Makro few days later as no feedback received, spoke to Miso- manager who advised that query has been closed because Defy said there is nothing wrong with the fridge- so why he wanted to replace fan? Miso promised to investigate and call back, he never bothered to call back. I called again 23sept later and was transferred to Roshan and later Utesh who created new ref no ***.Defy manager and technician came out on 27 Sept, on arrival, fridge was not making such loud vibrating noise but played a recording for them. manager said frost-free fridges makes the loud noise because of two fans, I should live with that noise or Makro replace it. I called Makro again on 30 Sept to ask for feedback and was told case has been closed and no fault found. I asked about exchange as advised but Nonto told me she would get Grant- manager to call back with a decision, no call received to date. all appliances in my home are purchased from Makro and never had problems or returns in the past 20 years as their client. I am disappointed of this poor treatment and hope it will be resolved sooner.
