Defy fridge not working

I bought a defy double door fridge somewhere in September ( early black friday sale) , i am based in PTA and my parents in limpopo, they switched on the fridge but the freezer art is the one that was working until giving up in December , all the food i bought for xmas were full of moulds , what a loss. i called them and i have been given a job number from Defy a week or so a go, till today no one came to my house to check it, Am sitting here in limpopo waiting for them to come fix the fridge whilst i was supposed to be back at work , and they make calls they make to a different line which I never gave it to them , i need my full refund, they can come take their stupid fridge
