Defy Fridge isssue
I am so disappointed with the defy fridge i bought at Makro(Woodmead ) on the 21/05/22, and recently it has high noise vibration and when i called in and they for the model number which is at the back of the fridge, when i checked it i found that there is water leakage at the back and now the tell me they sending out a technician to come and solve the problem and i cant return back the fridge n now i want my money, it not even a month. I spoke with Khanyi who kept me on hold for about 20min she said she is looking for a defy consultant, she couldn't find him in store and took my number promised me to call back and i had to call back again she put me on hold and spoke to someone***) just the name i forgot and he is the one who told me he will send a technician
the technician from defy came to asses the fridge and He is told me that it is Normal for the fridge to have water leakage at the back and I ask him that who should be cleaning the water at the back as it sometimes overflows and the fridge it freezing my veggies at the top and its not even on high. Actually I am not happy with this fridge I rather go for a different brand because this is new and one of the reasons i bought a new fridge it was because the old fridge was freezing my food at the Top and it was old and now same problem and even more problems with a new fridge nah, I'm not so impressed and I don't want that fridge and maybe its the brand.
