Defy fridge from Makro

I bought a fridge at the Makro Strubensvalley in March 2024, since then I have had 3 call outs made reagrading the Defy fridge I purchased. This now being my 4th query. Just two days ago on Monday 6 January 2025 a technician attended to my 3rd call out that was made mid Dec er 2024 but today 8 January 2025 the fridge motor is once again making a loud sound. This is a new fridge and really unacceptable at this point. I should not be hearing the loud motor of the fridge echo throughout my house, the motor should be silent.

I require this fridge replaced or my money refunded as I cannot keep contacting Makro to have Defy check the fridge and two days later the fridge motor is again making a terrible sound.
